Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This spicy buffalo chicken dip needs an introduction … a few weeks ago the five of us attended a Christmas party. Unfortunately, we went directly to the party from the Children’s Museum so not only were the kids exhausted, but we were also quite underdressed and ill-prepared for a soiree. However, before we split, we tested the food … We almost stayed just to keep eating the Buffalo Chicken Dip. But then my daughter spilled a glass of wine on me and that was a sign that our time there was up.

My husband has been begging me to recreate this dip ever since … make it and I guarantee it will be a huge hit at your next gathering! Serve it with veggies alongside tortilla chips and you can pretend you are offsetting the enormous calorie count by eating more than your required daily vegetable intake.

  1. It’s bubbling away in the oven as I type! This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months I have brought this to an event (twice by request!). YUM! I always add a ton of chicken and extra Frank’s hot sauce…one of the first things to be gobbled up! Xoxo
