Gluten-Free French Toast

One of the most delicious breakfasts is also the easiest!

  • 4 slices gluten-free bread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • Butter , for cooking


  1. Whisk together milk, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Melt some butter in a skillet.
  3. Dip bread - one side at a time - into the milk and egg mixture. Try to catch all the drips in the bowl.
  4. Cook over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on the first side. When the bread releases easily, flip it over. Cook well on the second side for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve with butter, honey, and your favorite fresh fruit!
