Ingredients
Pad Thai
Sesame oil
Rice noodles
, prepare as directed on package

eggs
1/2
onion
, sliced
4-5
cloves
garlic
, chopped

carrot
, cut into thin strips
A bunch of broccoli
, chopped
1
head baby bok choy
, cut into long strips
1/2
bunch scallions
, chopped
1/4
bunch
, cilantro, chopped
Handful of peanuts
, shelled and chopped
Pad Thai Sauce

Tablespoons
soy sauce
(Tamari)
2
teaspoon
fish sauce
2
Tablespoons
brown sugar
1
lime
, juiced
Instructions
Saute garlic and onion in a medium sized pan or wok coated in sesame oil. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Lightly scramble 3 eggs in the same pan. Set aside.
Add more sesame oil, if needed. Add veggies. Lightly saute.
Add garlic and onions. Saute.
Prepare sauce.
Add prepared noodles and sauce. Mix together.
Top with scallions, cilantro, egg, and peanuts.
