Elderflower liqueur is one of my favorites. The most common one is St. Germain. Heavenly! A St. Germain and champagne cocktail is a common combination. By adding apple cider, you make the drink a little more seasonal, and you reduce the alcohol content a little.

To make a pretty sugared rim for any fun fall drink, dip the rim of your glass on a plate with honey – make sure it’s evenly coated. Then, twirl your honeyed rim in coarse sugar. You can also use fun colored sugars to make your rims even more festive!
