Now, some people, when making a food video, might tidy up their kitchen and put on cute pants. Clearly, I am not one of those people. Apologies for the mess behind me and my sparkly blue leggings. Real life at Camp Brighton. Make these brussels sprouts! So good!

All you need is a brussels sprouts, garlic, 1/2 a lemon, olive oil, and salt. Roast for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts chopped in half
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare brussels sprouts. Add olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and garlic. Toss to combine. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
