Farmers’ Market Kung Pao Chicken

We have an amazing year-round Farmers’ Market on the West Side… you can find great deals on all sorts of produce. I call this recipe Farmers’ Market Kung Pao Chicken because it works really well with any inexpensive produce you can find. This week I found 3 large peppers for $1 … they worked great in this dish. This meal is so simple and delicious! Serve with rice noodles or rice.
