I always bake bacon. So easy. I use the same method when I am making brown sugar bacon as I do when I am baking regular bacon. Foil lined pan. Cold oven. 400 degrees. 20 minutes. For my oven, this is foolproof.

To Make Brown Sugar Bacon

Lay foil on the pan and place your bacon on it. Mix some cinnamon with some brown sugar and press the mix onto the top of the bacon, making it evenly spread out over the surface of the bacon. You really could find A LOT of reasons to make brown sugar bacon. These brown sugar bacon scones are just one idea … Once you make brown sugar bacon, there’s no going back to regular bacon.
